This luxury villa was built on 3 levels with ample accommodation for 7 guests. During the renovation and building process our main goal was to create a beautiful yet versatile villa for rent that would be suitable for couples, families with children or groups. We are conveniently located 4-minute drive from downtown Opatija and its beaches. The villa consists of 4 apartments each with breathtaking views of the Kvarner Bay, islands Krk and Cres and forest from all sides.
Interior was chosen with careful attention to detail which creates a unique ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. Open space living room with kitchen gives guests plenty of space to enjoy while cooking or relaxing on a couch. Each kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. All bedrooms have individual air conditioning/heating system and wall-mount controlled blackout blinds for sleep and complete privacy.

There is shaded poolside dining area with the table and benches. Outdoor chef’s kitchen consists of refrigerator, freezer, ice maker and gas bbq. Single sun beds and sun umbrellas are available on the gorgeous spacious terrace by the pool. Alluring pool the size of 9X4 is maintained every day. There is also an outdoor solar shower to be used prior to pool usage.
Villa has high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the interior and around the pool area. Parking is free and available for each apartment.
